**To receive a refund, you must upload your lien payoff letter or other proof of payoff in the file upload field below.**

Cancellation requests for vehicles that are still secured by a lien must have the lender name, address, & account number included on this cancellation request form.
REFUNDS ON VEHICLES THAT WERE FINANCED WILL GO TO THE LENDER, unless acceptable proof that the loan has been paid is attached to this request.
