Terms of Service

The business that is subscribing to the CarStory Services platform (“Dealer” or “You”), understands and agrees that its rights and obligations in the use of the CarStory Service(s) specifically selected above and paid for by you (“CarStory Service”) shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the CarStory Terms of Service, the latest version of which can be obtained at https://www.carstory.ai/carstory-terms/, as updated from time to time (“Terms of Service”), which, together with this online Registration Form (“Registration Form”), shall comprise the entire agreement between the Dealer and the Company (“Agreement”). The Terms of Service may be available in hardcopy from Company upon request and are incorporated by reference in their entirety herein. Dealer acknowledges having read and agrees to such online terms contained in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions set forth in this Registration Form and the Terms of Service, the terms of this Registration Form will prevail.

Dealer agrees to pay any and all fees as set forth above on a month to month basis, with the fees for the first month becoming payable upon acceptance of this Registration Form by the Dealer. Thereafter, the monthly fees are payable in advance for the applicable billing period and are non-refundable. Any applicable sales taxes are the responsibility of the Dealer.

Dealer agrees that it is limited to the number of Authorized Users listed above.

The initial term of the Agreement shall be for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of acceptance of this Registration Form and payment of the monthly subscription fees by the Dealer, as specified in this Registration Form. The Agreement will automatically renew for further periods of thirty (30) days unless and until either party provides thirty (30) days written notice of non-renewal.

The monthly subscription fees may be changed from time to time upon sixty (60) days email notice to the Dealer.

The monthly subscription fees will be charged each month, in advance, to a valid credit card as per the Credit Card Authorization, below. Dealer agrees to keep a valid credit card on file during the entire term of this Agreement.

Credit Card Authorization

Please complete all fields. You may cancel this authorization at any time by contacting the Company. This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled.

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the CarStory Services platform. No terms of any purchase order or other document exchanged between the Dealer and Company will be deemed to modify the Agreement, including this Registration Form.

BY CLICKING THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON, OR BY USING CARSTORY SERVICES, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND YOUR CONCURRENCE THAT THE DEALER BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT (INCLUDING THE TERMS OF SERVICE). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON AND DO NOT USE THE CARSTORY SERVICES

I am authorized to legally bind the Dealer to all of its obligations in this Agreement. I have read the terms contained in this Registration Form and the Terms of Service and agree that the same be binding on the Dealer with respect to use of the CarStory Services platform. Dealer authorizes Company to charge Dealer’s credit card above for the monthly subscription fee until such time that the Agreement is terminated. Dealer understands that Dealer’s information will be saved to file for all future credit card charges for monthly subscription fees. You certify that you have read and understood the above terms and that you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
